Born and raised in the Bronx, NY, Orlando V. Pagan is an alumnus of the High School of Performing Arts where he majored in dance and studied drama and music. After turning professional, he became a soloist with the Syzokryli Folk ensemble and later, became a member of the world renowned Dance Theatre of Harlem.

Although never formally trained in music, he developed a passion and instinct for songwriting. His musical credits include co-writing 'My Life (Through the Spirit in Your Eyes)' for the film, and soundtrack 'Empire' performed by Jon Secada. He co-wrote and performed the song 'We'll be Together' for the film 'Wrestling Earnest Hemingway' starring Robert Duvall. He also co-wrote the title track for the trailer 'In the Deep South' starring Jon Seda.

His songs have been featured locally on radio stations WLIB in NYC, WRHU at Hofstra University, on West Wood 1 radio stations across the country, the Armed Forces Network, Sirius Satellite Radio, and at the 30th annual Songwriters Hall of Fame record label showcase.
